How long does shipping take?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Absolutely. We only stock products that meet quality and safety standards. All items are BPA-free, non-toxic where applicable, and rigorously evaluated before listing.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page to check your shipment status anytime.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@pulsecart.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
